With proper care, Lucky Bamboo can last for many years. It grows slowly and thrives in both water and soil environments.

Lucky Bamboo is very low maintenance: • Keep it in indirect sunlight • Use filtered or distilled water (if grown in water) • Change the water every 1–2 weeks • Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures Care instructions are included with every order.

Our arrangements are designed to be gift-ready. If gifting, be sure to enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.

All bamboo is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives healthy and intact. Shipping times may vary based on location and season.

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.

Due to the nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Fertilizer is optional. If used, it should be very diluted and applied sparingly — over-fertilizing can harm the plant.
